WARNING Stay away, if you are the seller, find another company. I have been in industry for 25+ transactions last 15 years. Never Not once have I been treated so unprofessionally, and ripped off. I have never experienced such blatant disregard, gross negligence, "bully culture", disrespect, abuse of power and incompetentancy in my 49 years of life. I'm ready to walk away and hire a civil right's attorney. As an owner of a non profit, I am amazed that people, especially women, work for or own this questionable Title Co.
