The Magnus Title in Tempe was the absolute worst. Velma handled our paperwork and it seemed like there was no sense of urgency at all on her end. This action on her part put my family in a corner when making a decision as to use credits as we were on a time limit. She never came out to shake our hands on the initial meeting and it seemed like our paperwork just remained on her desk until it was time for us to sign an agreement.
Rudie L is absolutely pleasant and customer service is top notch, very helpful , very thorough, made it smooth sailing. Also Shawni is a true professional that strives for absolute accuracy and makes it happen! couldnt be happier with this duo. Go Magnus!!!
Velma and here team were a pleasure to work with. It was a professional experience from start to finish!
They were able to handle our closing very quickly. Then, a couple of months later were able to work with our finance to give information so we could close on a new house
