I booked a property and immediately cancelled because I had chosen the “pay later” option yet a full charge for the booking had already gone through on my credit card. Still awaiting my refund, 3 weeks after cancelling.
Used an Airbnb by this company. When we arrived we were unable to get into the unit for 45 minutes. When we were let in the place was dirty and smelled like smoke/weed. When we submitted a claim through Airbnb, Magnus fabricated a text conversation with us that didn’t happen to dispute our claim.
Honestly these guys are hands down the best I could of asked for. Highly recommend.
First class set of properties and well managed with prime views !!!! You need to book here and the owner Ivan is a real nice guy and super friendly 😀
