Terrible communication and customer service. I was very interested in a switch plate style but many were out of stock. I was told the other plates would be available by certain dates so I want forward and purchased at least one. The dates came and went with no restocks. I had gone back and forth emailing requesting more info and was promised more dates so I proceeded with an additional purchase. My wife and I had purchased an air jet tub from Magnus and could not be happier with the product. We had an issue when the motor/blower was found to be faulty upon installation and after a brief phone call, the replacement was at my doorstep the next day! They could not have been more helpful or professional in handling this issue. I recommend them highly for their products and customer service alike!
Magnus Home Products customer service is by far the absolute best! We ran into a difficult situation with some frameless shower doors that we had ordered. The original supplier did not offer a solution; however, Manus did! We will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to our friends. Great customer care!
