My wife and I had purchased an air jet tub from Magnus and could not be happier with the product. We had an issue when the motor/blower was found to be faulty upon installation and after a brief phone call, the replacement was at my doorstep the next day! They could not have been more helpful or professional in handling this issue. I recommend them highly for their products and customer service alike!
Magnus Home Products customer service is by far the absolute best! We ran into a difficult situation with some frameless shower doors that we had ordered. The original supplier did not offer a solution; however, Manus did! We will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to our friends. Great customer care!
Made an order. Waited days. Said it was being shipped. Cancelled order without a good reason. Horrible! Stay away
