I thought I had purchased a doorbell from this company. 2 months later nothing, so I followed up on this order through their customer service. They could not understand what happened, but offered no replacement. They simply cancelled my order with our asking if I wanted a replacement or full refund. I would not order anything else from this company. Horrible customer service.
Charges a 30% restocking fee for returns on items from the manufacturer. So annoying and will never be purchasing from this place again.
Terrible communication and customer service. I was very interested in a switch plate style but many were out of stock. I was told the other plates would be available by certain dates so I want forward and purchased at least one. The dates came and went with no restocks.
