What a NIGHTMARE! We were living in AZ and wanted to relocate to be near family in Kentucky. We saw a home on Zillow that looked beautiful 340 Tranquil Ln , Cynthiana KY on October 8th and flew to Ky immediately, offered full price (485k) and signed a contract with the builder saying the home would be complete by the end of November. We continued to look (post pandemic) for our perfect home and had little luck in that area until we ran across a custom home option with Magnus Home Builders. I cannot say enough about Magnus Homes and how courteous and responsive they have been to us throughout that process.
