Terrible experience with Jason at the service desk (black glasses). He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — telling us “this isn’t a store” and “you don’t know what you’re talking about.” He even muttered insults under his breath and admitted he’s making the company lose business. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll be warning others to stay far away. Avoid this place until they deal with him.
