Ordered cables on may 14th, was told I would have them by may 20th, called back on the 22nd and was told they were back ordered, was then told parts would be there and I would have them by the 27th called on the 30th and changed the cross over block to black because they did not have chrome, they were suppose to ship on the 2nd, called today still sitting in the facility explanation “we don’t know why” I have had magnum cables on every bike I have ever owned and I can honestly say this is my last set, no follow thru, no upda... read more

Decent product, bad service. Have now experienced a couple failures with their throttle cables through the past though since all the cables match, decided to try 1 last time… Mentioned on the phone that I have a parade to ride in and need the cables by a certain date and the woman assured. After calling that date since there were no shipping emails, they mentioned that they only now shipped them that day and won’t be in until the day AFTER the parade.
