Decent product, bad service. Have now experienced a couple failures with their throttle cables through the past though since all the cables match, decided to try 1 last time… Mentioned on the phone that I have a parade to ride in and need the cables by a certain date and the woman assured. After calling that date since there were no shipping emails, they mentioned that they only now shipped them that day and won’t be in until the day AFTER the parade. They may make a beautiful looking cable but their service does not justify... read more

Several Harley certified technicians I spoke with, including the owner of a local Harley performance tuning shop, told me that Magnum Shielding makes some of the best aftermarket performance parts & my experience with Magnum's customer service rep. Heather, has been top notch.
