In need of a home alarm on a new house build. I tried to call this company twice over a couple of months time frame and each time got what sounded like a private number's voicemail instead of someone answering a business phone and along with that, the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. I just moved on to another alarm/security company that did answer the phone. Don't know if they install or just monitor alarms. Either way, it's not a good way to do any business.
I moved into a new home with an inactive system installed by this company. The alarm system malfunctioned around 6am and every time my fiancée walked in the house the intrusion alarm went off. I called asking for a walk through on how to disconnect it or to speak with a technician over the phone but I couldn't get either. They told me a technician was on the way but could not give me an estimated time of arrival.
