I've had the worst experience hiring Magnum Renovation. My project on my deck should have been completed within six months. It's been over a year, and it's still not completed. Once I submitted my last payment. The owner stopped taking my calls and haven't completed my project. I have filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Commission. I wouldn't recommend no one to use Magnum Renovation. This company license should be revoked!!!!

This company built a deck, patio, and enclosure for us. and never waterproofed the enclosure or ceiling portion of the patio. The enclosure is still leaking. Also the ceiling on the patio side leaks and both were supposed to be waterproof. The owner is not responsive to telephone calls and when he does return the call, he fails to follow through with what he has committed to do. It's hard to believe that this is a licensed contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission--which has been notified.
