My home turned into a rental. Josh and his team helped rent it out quickly. When the time came and I needed to sell. He and his team worked diligently to get is sold. I felt panicky at times needing this to be a quick sale. Josh was kind, understanding and patient with me. Explaining his marketing strategy and the need to ensure the property was read for open houses. I really appreciated the knowledge and work he put into getting this accomplished.
