My parents had a horrific experience with Magnum property. I am not the type of person who leaves bad reviews for small businesses but after contemplating for months, I have decided to do so. While Magnum was managing my parent's property, we received a call informing us that the house had been turned into a grow house and had been raided by the police- a full week AFTER it had already happened. We have enjoyed working with Magnum Property Management for the last 3yrs. They are professional and very customer oriented. Their management fees are reasonable and their services and expertise are very high quality. We get support from staff whenever needed and it’s easy to get a hold of management as well. Blue has been great in working with us whenever we have maintenance issues, she’s quick and very helpful. I would recommend Magnum to anyone who has a property to manage. Gaetano S.
