They were good from the start of our first meeting and lead us through the process of renting. Magnum is definitely friendly, informative and transparent. Thank you for making it easy.

I love dealing with Josh. He's one of those calm people that can smooth out anyone's day. I've been one of those excited people not having my best day and he helps put things in perspective. His casual reply of, "...not a problem, we'll take care of it..." isn't a placating reply, but a statement of action to come. It's good to know the rest of his team is just as cool, confident, and competent.

All of my landlord headaches disappeared when I found josh at Magnum property management! He handles everything from tenant screening to maintenance with ease. With Magnum, I get professional service and top-notch maintenance. I never have to worry about my investments and with his reasonable rates, I wonder why I didn’t do this sooner. If you own rental properties, do yourself a favor and give Josh a call, you won’t be disappointed!
