This is the Amy's Baking Company of gunsmiths. They may do great work, but just wait until you say something that triggers them.. I would not trust anything you value in their hands. Because they circle the wagons rather than focus on customer service even though you may have a simple problem, don't expect anyone to put the brakes on. My crime? I asked a status after a week. Knowing what I know now they have a 6 week backlog... now you could make an appointment if it is that bad just to have something small done, but that is... read more

Had 5 firearms shipped to Virginia that arrived damaged or late. One of them was almost lost completely. Magnum precision is only interested in the money. They could care less about your merchandise. Find another FFL. On March 28th Magnum Precision replaced the damaged scope with a new one. It is good business practice to make good on your mistakes and I give them credit for that.

Very Friendly & Quality Work! – I have used Magnum Presision for years & have been very pleased with their work. They are friendly & experienced. Don't bring your gun in to them around hunting season & expect it back right away...bring it to them during the off season. They are busy because their good! I don't mind waiting for quality, & that's exactly what you get at Magnum.

Professional Gunsmith – I have used this gunsmith twice and both experiences have been very good. I had them ship a gun to the factory for me for repairs and they were extremely helpful getting the Mfg to make the warranty repair. They are very friendly and have given me great advice. Knowledgable and honest. I would recommend to others.

Best in Maricopa County – My experience has been that I've used M.P.G. seven times since 2001. The results are always excellent. They have set up parkerizing on one of my pistols that looks like a genuine work of art. They did a set up on one of my rifles that is nothing short perfect. I can ask their advice and get a straight answer with no B.S. For what they do I believe that the prices are fair. When I drop off a firearm for them to work on I simply tell them to call me when it's done. No rush, just do it right. And they ... read more

precision nothing – I recently had my firearm serviced to have night sights installed and when I got it back the front sight was not straight and I was very unhappy with it . They also destroyed my original sights removing them. So I took it back to have them removed and they screwed up my finish on the top side of my slide . Very sloppy if you care about your firearm do not have them do the work.

service is slow but quality is top notch – I'm more than satisfied with the outcome on my rifle.... fantastic trigger job and one of the classiest looking and functional muzzle brakes i've ever seen. I only wish they would have given me a more accurate estimate on the time it would take to complete the gun. They told me 6 weeks and it took a little over 12 weeks. To their defense they told me it was due to a huge influx of jobs due to hunting season. $250 muzzle brake/ re- blue, $50.00 trigger job
