Poor relations with employees! Inexperienced management across the board, from HR to your shop floor management. Worked there for ten yrs with employees I enjoyed to be around family atmosphere until the company was sold to Generac. Now it s being ran with employees who would #\$%\$ on each other for a small advancement! I would not suggest any one to look for employment here.
