Would give negative stars if possible. Worst experience with a dealership's parts department I've ever had. Took MONTHS to get parts, then when they arrived, were wrong. Returned parts and had to wait for over a month for them to refund the return, and was charged restocking fees for WRONG PARTS. Attempted contact with parts guy, service manager and the owner over 35 times via either phone or email, and it still took nearly four months to get the entire ordeal over with. Well I had bought supplies from there quite a while for my Stihl trimmer. I saw a nice Bad Boy Rambler zero-turn mower. I asked the owner how much, he said ,"cash? , $3,300.00." So when I got my income tax refund I went with cash in hand $4,000.00 when I got there the guy was not there but his employees were. They first raised the price nearly a hundred dollars. I thought, I can still buy the trimmer. But then they hit me with over $800.00 more dollars left with less than $90.00 out of $4,000.00. Got home and saw the same mo... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I bought a new Kioti from them in spring of 24. Almost immediately started having issues with it. It would overheat, stall, stagger, and under perform. At less than 50 hours had them take it into the shop just to be told there is nothing wrong with it. Now at 70 hours it shut off during a mow and has yet to refute. I drove in to the shop to buy a fuel filter and asked if I could speak to a mechanic just to be told that they were too busy. This is just one of many fails on their end in customer ... read more
The last 2 ztr mowers I purchased at other shops have made me hesitent on having service / repar work done at the dealer. Last year i bought a bad boy at magnum power. From my initial purchase, a warranty repair, and recently my 1st service this place has provided amazing service.
