The last 2 ztr mowers I purchased at other shops have made me hesitent on having service / repar work done at the dealer. Last year i bought a bad boy at magnum power. From my initial purchase, a warranty repair, and recently my 1st service this place has provided amazing service.
Will never go there again took my bad boy mower in to get fixed and almost 1600 later they still didn’t fix it right the mechanic was awful did a shotty job they put on aftermarket parts on it and still charged me bad boy prices they refused to listen to me at what was going on with it. I returned it twice, and they still never fixed it the right way I think because I was a woman they took advantage of that not including the hour drive one way just to get it to them and back home was not happy with this company If you want y... read more

I prefer to support local, family-owned business, but I will not be returning to Magnum Power for anything in the future. I bought a new Bad Boy zero turn mower there in September 2023. Jeff was great to deal with for the purchase with competitive price and delivered it the same day. I didn't find out until looking at the owner's manual a few days later that they brought me a left-over 2022 instead of a 2023, but my bad for not clarifying that when it was delivered. As newly widowed, they were helpful when I didn't know what I was doing. Learning to drive a 0 turn I had a lot of questions, and they had the answers. I highly recommend Magnum.
