TIM Left a wall fitter open after he unscrewed it from my wall!! and my one year old baby was CRAWLING inside of the wall where he do not screw it back in! I am HIGHLY upset and when I tried to call , JASON was not helpful at all and just said they don’t do that WHEN CLEARLY they do! Why would you leave a HUGE HOLE in my kids room and not even have the decency to atleast tell me!?
You’re best employee is Adrian Juarez he mad the process of installing the furnace fun and a great experience, your initial tech that came and gave a diagnostic was awesome as well.
