RecommendedMagnum Movers moved my 3 bedroom house to my new 4 bedroom house and Eugene, Jesse and Al did a great job. They finished it in record time and I was really happy. Better than that, my wife was happy!!! That’s what mattered! Thank you so much for all your hard work.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I scheduled the movers to come at 3-4 pm. They took over an hour just to respond back saying that they would be 30 minutes late and that was ok. Then 3 hours later said they were still assisting others! They ended up not even showing up and insisted that they would come the next day at 2:30 and they have not yet to respond back! The owner has not even responded to my mother in laws voicemail and not even a call back to apologize! Don’t even bother scheduling with this company.
Did not show up for confirmed date. Rescheduled for the following day and again did not show up nor called and did not answer our calls or text messy! Very unprofessional!
I truly regret choosing Magnum Movers, not because of the movers, they were GREAT, BUT because of the owner, DeAnn. DeAnn was extremely unprofessional in her conversation & behavior, (to busy being flirtatious with my husband) & in her attire, dressed too skimpy & provocatively to assist her crew in any way! She needs to take a class in proper business etiquette & learn how to be more professional! Although I was highly impressed with the movers, I will never use this company again.
Vincent and Chris were fantastic. It was over in a flash and I can still move around the garage everything was packed so well. Super friendly, we need to hire again in a couple weeks and we hope they send Vincent and Chris out again.
Please read!! They were scheduled to arrive at 8a and arrived at 1030a. Then they took over 7 hrs to move an already boxed up 1100 sq foot house in to the garage and front room of my new house. The only reason I said just the garage is bc they took over 4 hrs alone just packing the truck!! They damaged two walls, broke my son's dresser and broke our bookshelf. They took a 1 and half hour lunch and forced me to pay for that time. Overall they took over 7 hrs for the job and wouldnt leave unless i paid in full. I call the owne... read more
