Absolutely trash do not rent from them
Liars and thieves. Even all their “5 star” reviews are accounts that only exist to give them 5 stars and cover their scum behavior
My property manager Jason is great. Typical NYC apartment issues, nothing unique to this property, but when I tell him about it he is on top of it and communicative. Very happy with the support provided when asked.
The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with, I would give them less than 1 star if possible. They bought the property I had been staying at for 3 years prior. They waited 3 weeks until 10pm on the day before the rent was due to make first contact with payment instructions and ask for the rent immediately or pay a late fee. The upstairs tenants they moved in flooded the bath tub which poured 100 gallons through my ceiling, they did not offer to help with fixing anything and my ceiling was falling down afterwards and ... read more
