The business staff very so rude and hang up on me on purposed because when I called through sign language interpreter through VRS Sorenson vrs you need to look it up so you will understand... For who are deaf & hard of hearing they didnt know about new technology way more than old fashion used to have TTY is no longer so have a call through interpreter but you will speak with customer not interpreter so interpreter is just help communication and understand their aware and smoothly.... Don't give them hard time!!!!!!!!
