I am very pleased with the attention and service provided by the company. Felipe's service was satisfactory.
The guy taking payments. Big guy is lazy. Kept telling me it’s on autopay and I kept telling him I wanted to pay there. I had to go deposit money cause I guess they can’t do half cash half credit and when I came back he had someone else take care of me. Like I did something to offend him. If anything he’s unprofessional and rude. Very sassy.
Fatima was okay, couldn't make my plan how I wanted too Whereas Eileen gave my policy everything I needed it to be!
