I live in Warr Acres Oklahoma, so I always buy my pizza from the location on 4463 NW 5OTH. Today the young man Darrell S was the cashier. When he came from around the corner he had a 2 liter root beer drinking on it. He did agree to anyone in the store I stood on the left side of the counter and then he goes to the right side of the counter and says can I take your order. Britton and penn location worst store I've ever been to 5th time my order takes an hour for one pepperoni pizza. Poor management for the last year loss of so much business.

Pizza cold, old, burnt and crunchy! I called to ask speak with manager looking for a reimbursement said it would take at least 2 days. I was denied being able to pick up a fresh pizza. Was told it was either refund or pizza, I said for the inconvenience, of the drive, time and wasted gas to go back and forth I should be given a pizza plus reimbursement. He said no and hung up. Very unprofessional and could care less of the quality of food they serve to the public.

We went to your 122nd and Rockwell location. First problem we were told deep pep pizza is not a hot and ready so we waited. When the deep pep pizza was released on August 1, 2013 and the thin pep pizza on October 1, 2019 were both hot and ready products. They both are listed as hot and ready products on the menu in the stores also. So we that this terrible the manager did not care and actually said "Do not bring that negativity in here".
