I hired Steven D. Glenn from Magnum-Diego Priority Services to perform surveillance services for me. Unfortunately, I found his work to be subpar and lacking the necessary skills for a competent investigation. Upon completion of the service, I had to request an invoice on three separate occasions before finally receiving one. I had a particularly difficult person I needed to have served. He went above and beyond when no one else would. Steve was very professional, communicated on a regular basis, and got the job done, when it seemed impossible. I would highly recommend Steve.
Steve went above and beyond in serving court paperwork on my behalf. His job is only to go to the address and hand the papers. He tried multiple times with no success. He then did a surveillance. He saw the car but the person of interest was not there, he waited 6 hours and when he saw the person he jumped into action and served him.
