This incident happened in Magnum Body Shop, Uttarahalli, Bangalore, India I have bought Honda WRV 2020 model in January from Magnum honda Kanakapura Road. All good talks while you buy. Met with an accident in July and car went to Honda Body shop near Subramanyapura, Uttarahali road, the people are horrible in response. They don't inform about the status and you need to keep on following up with them. They misbehave and just quote you in bad manners. I have used Magnum Collisions service 3 times prior to what will be my last time using their services. Magnum dropped the ball during the repair to my vehicle by not putting a claim number on the additional estimate they submitted after the repair started when they sent it to the insurance company. Magnum did not follow up with the insurance company for 7 business days. The only reason they did then was because I told Magnum the insurance company said they never received an additional estimate.
