Even thou the nurses & aides were friendly , they are very under-staffed and my loved one received her pain meds late unless we were there to watch over this, we were told she would be kept comfortable from hospice, but this was not always true, sad but true.....need to hire more people IMO ..
This place sucks! Staff paychecks constantly bounce. Understaffed and overworked. Management sucks! RUN!!!!!!
Thanks Magnum for the sweet job. All of my finances are in turmoil because I never know if and when I will get paid. Do not send your loved ones to this place, all of the employees are disgruntled and upset; and rightfully so. If you didn't know if whether or not you were going to get paid would you do your job? No, you would spend your day looking for a new job on your phone. Not dishing out meds and meals.
Strange how this place does not pay their employees. Have children and things to take care of.
