On April 12, 2015 at approximately 4:30pm I took my vehicle to Magnum Car Was & Quick Lube located at 608 Jonestown Road, Winston Salem NC in order to have my vehicle cleaned. Before arriving at the facility I cleaned out the back seat placing all items in the trunk. When arriving I was not greeted at all instead at sat in my vehicle for about 4-5 minutes waiting to be helped. Do Not Use This Business Unless You Like Scratches In Your Car! I have been a loyal customer at this carwash for several years. Last weekend though I took my SUV to it. When the employee was done wiping the vehicle down, it was covered in deep white line scratches (it is a black suv). I immediately reported it and the cashier took pictures. The damage was isolated to the areas the employee had pressed his jacket (so I'm thinking zipper) against the body of the car. Car Wash Experience – I went to the Magnum car Wash on Silas Creek In Winston-Salem on May 25th. When I got home, i noticed the cover to the air bag on the passenger's side was loose. It was done while cleaning the interior of my car. They also turned on the map lights under the rear view mirror and my battery went dead and I had to call AAA and I had to miss the dedication of my little grandbaby. poor service – every time i have been in there the blond girl is on the cell phone with her friends or family. She acts as though she is doing you a favor taking your money. The line backs up but she just keeps blabing.
Great Car Wash – They did a great job cleaning my Mercedes SL500. The staff was friendly and took great car in detaling my car.
Thieves! – This car wash stole my ipod and my itrip out of the middle console while they were vacuuming out my car. When I went to the manager to report his workers, he cursed at me, saying that people report theft from his car wash all the time. If you want a valuable posession stolen out of your car, take it here. Otherwise, please stay far, far away!
