I really liked this practice and have used them for 2 past pregnancies. I am pregnant with my 3rd and started prenatal care with them once again and have frequently recommended this practice to others. Today I had a very disappointing experience that made it clear management at this place really only cares about money and you’re just a number. If I could give negative stars for Dr. Reddy, I absolutely would! I've seen her twice now and I'm over it. She is one of the rudest doctors I have ever met!
I was referred to this practice. I had to wait 4 months in pain before they could get me in as a new patient, even with a referral. I received a message in February about the referral and was scheduled for April 14th, as this "was the soonest available". At that appt. Dr. Torres-Schafer forced the same swabs for STD's and standard vaginosis panel testing etc. that I had received from the other practices before coming here. Forced me to make an appointment for a pap that I didn’t need before getting birth control. When I arrived at the appointment the dr tells me I don’t need one so I just have to pay for this appointment for no god damn reason. I was very clear when I made the appointment and was told I needed a papsmear first even though I told them I had just had one. Will not be back to magnolia health after this is taken care of.
