I haven’t lived in my new build house long but a window cracked. When I reached out to this manufacturer they said I would have to pay because the purchase date of the window was past a year. Well the builder left these windows in a warehouse. I’m was told I would have to pay hundreds of dollars for a window to be replaced all because there is a crack the appeared without impact point or anything. I would never use this company because they do not have customer in mind.
Magnolia Windows and Doors has replaced all of my windows. I have had issues with some of them but John has always honored my warranty work. Takes a while to get warranty windows back in but I trust it will be done and it has been. I highly recommend this company.
I have one window that is fogged up. I have called and left messages, but no one has ever called back. My other windows are good, but they don’t honor their warranty.
