It's is simply beautiful...I loved the house we got to view and there are kids there Also for my children to play with
Been here two years, no maintenance have ever been done. No one comes to fix anything. Ac is out and they pour bleach in the ac unit. Black mold in ac ducts . Does not want to give ac filters on regular basis either. Plumbing problems all the time as the pipes need replaced and /or cleaned out completely. Counter tops coming apart. Kids run the neighborhood scratching up peoples cars. People steal your pet right out of your yard. People park in grass areas where there is not to be any parking. One star because I cant leave a negative star. They never answer the phone. Trash and general inner city look/mentality await you. Yards are not kept up, many have holes, dirt, etc from kids and animals digging. Not a place I would want to go.
