Chelsea was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me, didn’t really explain that she was going to take my cat back to get examined by the doctor. Then I asked can I please be in there why they are examining her and they told me no. Chelsea came back in and said I understand you don’t want to talk to the doctor, I said I never said that, I wanted to be in the exam room. They are great here. I had an issue with getting to my dog since my truck wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. They helped me out tremendously and have always helped my dog with her health issues. Props to Amy and Lauren. All of them.
They are so good with your pet your pet looks forward to the visit! No kidding I was shocked. Clean place and quick in and out service.
If you have been on the fence about using this vet… DO IT!! Dr Salazar is absolutely AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to take not only care of our babies, but the compassion is absolute! His staff is all great but Lauren is another level of fantastic! We have a VERY anxious dog and no one has ever made her not completely freak out. They are very lucky to have her on the team!! Thank you so much Dr Salazar and Lauren! Dixie is blessed to have yall take care of her! ♥️
