Larry is a great manager and very helpful. The new manager (kim) is not very personable and is not interested in the residents’ well being at all. She finds fault in everything. The maintenance man doesn’t speak English. Impossible to talk to him about things needing fixed. If you have the opportunity, go somewhere else. Magnolia Trails is not recommended at all.
The property managers are mini dictators. The maintenance man don't even speak english. How the hell are you supposed to communicate with this person. Everybody should be fired.
