I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about. While management can't control everything, they can take basic steps to enforce policies in the lease, which they never did while I lived here. They did put in security cameras, but I doubt these ever worked because they were never used to catch anyone. As other reviews mention, there were frequently huge trash piles at the dumpsters and compactor. Sometimes from the compactor not working, but mostly from people just being lazy. My wife and I lived at Magnolia Trace for our first 2 years of marriage. Very nice apartments with kitchens bigger than some house kitchens. Also large bathrooms and walk in closets. Great location next to Blendon Woods and close to Easton, Hamilton Quarter and Gahanna shopping centers. Only issue is maintenance isn't always timely in making repairs.

Edit- unfortunately had to change my review to 3 stars because our dishwasher broke down again after two loads, and it has now been a week with no reply since we put in a second work order. Water has been sitting at the bottom and it would just be nice to at least know when they’re coming back to try again. Fixed our dishwasher and stovetop in the same day and answered messages promptly.

I absolutely love this place! It’s conveniently located near the highway, shopping center, and schools. The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding, making the application process for the apartment a breeze. Overall, it’s a very clean and pleasant place to live.

Clean apartments, friendly and understanding staff, reasonable pricing, and amazing location! Only issue I had was maintenance didn’t always respond to work requests in a timely manner.
