Waited over an hour to be seen even. Too overbooked and too few doctors. That's my first time going there. I can only post my experience.
My son Wayne, 4 years old and AuDHD. I have limited child care due to his behavior and him tagging along with my appointments can be challenging. The staff was so understanding, Dr. Andy has a wonderful bedside manner and wasn't in a rush or bothered by my high energy guest. 10/10 happy patient.
I had an appointment scheduled to have a fishler put in for dialysis on 9/24/25. After 3 hours. I still wasn’t seen by a doctor. Finally, I left after canceling my dialysis treatment for this appointment and driving an hour. The check in process is horrible and there needs to be a host of changes. I will demanding that I be sent to Tupelo whereas they will get right on it. Also, I was told that I wasn’t even going to get the fishler so therefore I was scheduled for a tour of chaos.
