This is a peaceful gem near Andersonville/Edgewater. My husband and I stayed here while apt hunting in Andersonville, and it was very walkable. The suites are large and clean, and perfect for two people. The instructions were clear, parking is cheap, and the hosts are lovely. Would stay here again!
Studio itself was perfect. Simple, but clean and quiet. However, do NOT buy the garage parking. It’s literally almost impossible to park in that garage given the size of the alley and the space. They claim that they can snugly fit a Toyota sienna, which is true, but they fail to mention that the side where they fit it doesn’t have racks of their personal crap, and there are no dumpsters in the alley in front of it. They advertise themselves on Google as having rooms for $20 a night. After you are drawn into their website with such amazing claims, it is revealed that the price per night is actually $99-$149 per night and the rooms aren’t even available for the dates they are advertising as having a vacancy. EDIT: The owner of Magnolia Studios has now posted a response claiming that the “garage add-on” is $20/night, not the room itself.
