Once your in here no one helps you. No return calls and no one answers their emails. I have fallen once already and no one wants to help. Look elsewhere people.
My mother contacted them multiple times concerning a waitlist for the complex. I had to leave a voicemail and send an email to get the manager's attention. The facility apparently needs additional staff because they cannot communicate in a timely manner.
