I have friends that live here. It’s a fun and comfortable place. I like the location.
Grace, one of the realtors of one of the condos, has listings that do not accurately describe the condominium. The posting says 1 story, its a 2 story building with some of the condos on the second floor. The posting also says it's a senior living community, it is not. We told her the issues with the listing she didn't seem to care to fix them.
Really small nice neighborhood, pretty quite, great location, good size apartments for a couple and perhaps a couple with a kid, right next to Largo Park, everything is close by… Walmart, gas stations, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, hotels, Post Office…, and only 10 minutes from Indian Rock beach
