Ants killed tree before I closed on the house and was told to give it time to survive. Tree didn't make it and now its "out of warranty". Andrew from the Houston office was absolutely no help.
Everything is cheaply made. My water pressure sucks, the air in the house doesn’t reach all the rooms, there are constantly bugs here and there. When contacted they don’t help whatsoever instead they tell you to figure it out and call someone else.
