Do not recommend. I was unhappy with the way I was treated. After choosing to see him privately, I made a complaint, and Dr YiZhong Zhuang then removed me from the public waiting list at Flinders Medical Centre. I contacted the consumer advocacy team at Flinders to investigate this unfair treatment and was told that doctors can remove patients from the public waiting list whenever they like. Kate Johnson is very kind and compassionate. I currently have several health issues going on and after 8yrs of struggling, surgeries, other therapies, specialists, she was one who listened, has been thorough and picked up on things I didn’t initially go there for. She hasn’t dismissed my issues because of my young age. She has been amazing and I’ll be forever grateful as I’m slowly getting my life back. Receptionists are very lovely as well both in person and over the phone. Highly recommend
Truly so grateful for Dr Zhuang. He is by far one of the best doctors I have come across, he was kind and empathetic making sure I shared the extent of my symptoms and experiences. He is thorough with his treatment and calmed any and all anxieties I had. Thank you

The new reception staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful. Christine Burdeniuk is great, explains things well and is very easy to understand and very knowledgable and supportive in care.
