Made an appointment for a wax and had to cancel due to our trip getting cancelled. Called with ample time to cancel my appointment, a week before my appointment. Called a few months later to book a massage and was blocked. Emailed and never received an email back. Extremely unprofessional. I’ll never return or give my money to this business. I’ll just take the drive to Alexandria and stick to people I know and trust.
