Have they gone out of business? I cannot get in touch with any of these phone numbers. Have had the shutters for 9 years and have been very happy. I now need some of the magnets replaced and cannot reach anyone.

Have magnolia shurtters for a long time,couple of the shutters broke recently so I called them to get it fixed. The response was ,they send out some one to check and the charge is $75 and they would not adjust that money in the bill for the repair,that was the most out rageious way of charging I ever heard

HORRIBLE!! Would never recommend!! $2700 for my shutters and they look like we received a kit in the mail and had 12 yr olds install them. Measurements off, Screws in crooked, brackets chipping already, no customer service!! Never return phone calls.. Do not waste your money with these people!! They take forever for delivery!! HORRIBLE!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Magnolia sold us a custom shutter system for our skylight. They installed it in a condition where it could not be opened or closed (nonfunctioning). After much trouble, they admitted it was made improperly, promised to fix, removed part of it but never returned phone calls on completed contract. 7 months later we are still looking at an incomplete job!
