Magnolia Ridge is a great! If you want to move here, just know that Jennifer the property manager is amazing! The process of getting into my new house so fast and easy. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!
They never tell us that they will check our credit and I tough they would check our background or history thats all but it really hurt our credit scores and rip off. They didnt even said will check the payment of cars.. I told them not need count the vechiles only house that we would live under roof period. that make me sense. be careful they will check ur credit scores. not worth to try do this. but up to your decide. Good Luck.
