I had a very concerning experience with one of your drivers today. At a pedestrian crossing with a clearly marked stop sign, where drivers are required to stop and allow pedestrians to cross, your driver almost ran me over. I was already halfway across the street and clearly visible, yet the driver chose to proceed instead of stopping as required by law. Other drivers and nearby pedestrians also witnessed the incident. This company was paid to complete a fitting & lining work, in which case a warranty was included in the quote. In less than 2 years, there has been a failure in the fittings & liners, which was communicated. Upon their site visit, they provided another quote to complete the repair, claiming the pool was overfilled & blaming the superintendent for the damage. Shortly after their repair, the superintendent noticed a similar issue after 1-2 months from teh repair and decided to bring in a different vendor who found issues in th... read more
Terrible Driver, cutting off other vehicles during morning rush hour and driving well above the speed limit on local roads where there is construction near Jane st. Can't imagine the service if they care this little for people's safety. Driver was also talking on the (handheld) phone while driving. Do better.
