I just contacted Magnolia to inquire on the possibility of them servicing my pool as I have an issue with one of my lights. The representative I spoke with went out of his way to explain to me how I could replace my pool light personally rather than waiting for one of their agents to be scheduled to replace it for me. I appreciate the fact that Magnolia showed they care about their clients.

Unfortunate but they stopped returning my calls:( I needed spa maintenance. They were good for about 4 months and then they disappeared. Oh well on to next company. Service seems to have disappeared after COVID.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The company has promised to come Back and replace the heater/motor element for my hot tub but has failed to return calls, order the part and give me a quote. I’ve been waiting for over a month, and when they do pick up: They keep promising ‘oh yeah, we can do that for you, no problem, will call you back in a day or two with an estimate’, and then nothing.
