UPDATE: we were not able to go to the pool during our stay because someone kept on pooping in the pool. That night staff is interesting. His eyes were red so he was clearly busy before we came in and it also explains why no one picked up the phone when we tried to confirm our reservations. Once there it seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Not interested at all while giving an ‘I dont want to be here’ attitude. This place is trash. The manager is extremely rude and they have bedbugs. We had to request another room to which they said they had non and we were free the check out and go to another hotel. Hospitality… 0/10
