Wanted to give a shout out to Ali, it was a great time at Fa La La La Llama! Despite the entertainment got stuck in traffic and the power went out, Ali was a pro and had us all singing carols and enjoying while we waited. The entertainment and Llamas arrived and the fun continued. My Mom and I had a great time. Thank you Ali for all you do for the residents!
My husband is a new resident. The staff has been outstanding in helping us get acclimated. Alicia has gone out of her way to make us welcome and encourage participation in activities. The food has been amazing! The executive director has the whole staff sample the meals and offer feedback. The partnership is truly successful. And a big shout out to Roman:)
Just wanted to give a shout out to Ali who organized a spectacular Mothers Day celebration yesterday complete with beautifully set tables, tea sets and homemade high tea treats, live music and LLAMAS. Pi and Quinn were so adorable and it was a treat to see so many residents engaged in all parts of it. Keeping our elderly parents comfortable and continuing to have an enriched experience is so important to their well being, and MP does a great job with this! This was my first time at Magnolia Place! I was so impressed by the courteous staff especially Ali. She worked hard to make sure residents and guests were well taken care of and having an enjoyable time. The residents were happy and friendly and the common areas were clean and nicely decorated. I will be glad to visit again!
I only toured the place but I thought the staff was knowledgeable and caring. Also, I loved the courtyard and the cinnamon rolls.
