Jessica, the leasing agent lied that the floor plan I visited was yet to be released and thus was not available on the website to be applied for. Then, Laura talked back rudely when I asked for clarification. If you don't have the information, pleasr don't lie. Don't spread misinformation. I understand that it is first serve first come but lies don't help anyone.
Laura is a very responsible manager. She replied emails promptly and helped me get things resolved. Whenever I file a maintenance request online, someone would come and fix things the same day, or the second day at most. The whole apartments have a beautiful environment, convenient location, and good public schools nearby. I even got part of my deposit back. This made me so happy, because I had experience which I need to pay more after I moved out.
They are charging me the highest rent of the building for 1 BHK however I am living in this apt since last 9 years. They are not renovating my unit even after several request. Every time management said they want entire unit to be vacate. We are ready for this too but they are not giving apt back. Having every 6 month water pressure problem in kitchen. This low water problem also does not allow the small dishwasher to work properly.
Pros : - Very convenient for commuting to school - Next to 280 freeway Cons : - Expensive, low quality unit - No AC - No covered parking - No play area for kids - Lack of in unit washer dryer
