Good and bad. The good, convenience store adjacent to the neighborhood, good schools, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It has water and sewer with trash pickup and concrete paved streets. If you notice the newer the reviews the worse they get, so don't look at old reviews and consider those because they're not worthy! The bad , for mobile home park it's quite pricey and from my research is the most expensive one around.
