My wife and I stayed at the Pomegranate Perch for three months while our home nearby was being renovated. We couldn't have picked a better place for the two of us and our dog!!! Ross takes great care to make sure that everything works and is to your liking. While in the unit, we enjoyed the creature comforts of home and definitely will be recommending this place for families and friends who decide to visit us in the future. Sincerely, Mark Lerner
Pomegranate Perch was a prefect rental for us, in transition between moving homes. Ross was super, great communication, and the home is an easy walk to a great park and the beach. Highly recommend!
