I've been bringing my son here since he was born. He sees Dr. Gohar Ashraf and he's my go to doctor for my son, very friendly always gives us good advice and actually takes the time to listen about our concerns. Being first time parent, glad he's my son's pediatrician.
As a mom, finding a pediatrician you truly trust is one of the most important things. Dr. Gohar Ashraf has been an incredible pediatrician for both of my children. He has cared for my daughter, who is now 1 year and 5 months old, and my 2-month-old son. the front desk that’s always there absolutely does not enjoy her job. does not greet people or communicate if kiosk is down and required to speak to the front desk as usual to check in. they dismiss and don’t want to be spoken too. she wants to come to work have 0 compassion for the parents coming in and 0 communication or customer service. please retrain for kinder more social able representation for this front desk. i tried calling front desk many times and its never answered. someone does not enjoy their duties
