My family had a very negative experience with Dr. Berch. We found her cold, condescending, & dismissive. My daughter actually had nightmares the week after we saw her for a well child visit. Pediatricians are few & far between in this area but we certainly won't be back to these.
The receptionist refuses to answer the phone. We’ve called 100 times the past three days and nobody will answer.
Dr.Marlaina Berch, had medically neglected my daughter and possibly caused permanent damage to her eyes. I have been seeing her since my daughter was 2 months old. Every appointment I had with her I would bring up my daughters eyes and she would brush me off. Saying I see what you see but I won't make a referral until it gets worse. She waited until my daughter was 13 months old to make a referral to labonr. When I finally got in they said it was irresponsible of me to have waited so long to get her seen. My baby was choking on spit up and we called this clinic said to bring him by 9 mind you it’s raining super hard can barely see I still hurry from Iuka and get there we arrive and try to check in at 9:03 and she tells me they can’t see him until 3:15 because walk in ended at 9 then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t a DR here after I asked to speak to one that only a nurse practitioner and she said “if he’s turning blue take him to the ER” this place is joke and dead wrong for that i don’t recommend anyone going here use a di... read more
