Great therapist, but Heads up on the billing its billed as outpatient hospital not office, that hour long 75$ OT visit turns into a 275-300$ visit. Even with the rehab in the name. Please check all of your estimates before hand. Most UF services are outpatient hospital visits that small 15 dollar lab fee will be a 320 dollar visit.
Terrible experience with the speech therapist here. Drove two hours total for an appointment and was told very direct that she’ll refuse service if you’re a minute late, and the therapist ended up being too busy to provide attention to my daughters appointment We weren’t informed she’s busy until 30 minutes passed.
Absolutely love the therapists and the PT we received when my son was an infant, and then the OT services we've received from two different therapists. I'm very concerned about the shady changes the manager is making. We are billed a very high rate for 45 minutes. Now they are changing their practices for the same billing but only 30 minutes of service. I understand the need to potentially cut down on appointment times and seeing more clients, but charging the same amount is egregious.
It has been months now and I’ve been waiting for an appointment to open up, I’ve called and still haven’t gotten anything scheduled. Then I get a call today to let me know they’re still working on it… what exactly are y’all working on because it isn’t scheduling an appointment.
