We love living here! Really nice people, helpful condo owners association, beautiful neighborhood
The BOD is a bunch of Karen’s. Both the BOD and the management company are very difficult to deal with and slow to respond to work orders and/or your concerns.
The HOA seems to make up rules as they see fit outside of the published by laws. Now they are telling us we are responsible for landscaping under our decks. I already pay for landscaping with my association fees and assessments but that’s not enough, no wonder this place has folks moving in and out all the time
