As a rebuke to one of the previous reviews, is totally untrue. On that day, I was present in helping a client into the facility. With it being her first day, we were getting checked in. And Ms Thomas walked in with a terrible attitude, upset about our car being in the driveway. I asked her to give us a few minutes and apologized. Then the staff also explained the situation.
