Came in to inquire about leasing. Train passed by THIRTY FEET FROM THE PROPERTY BLASTING IT'S HORN. I have no idea who is rating this so highly, but they are obviously impervious to noise.
I really loved living here. It’s in a perfect location central to everything and walkability to just about anything you need to enjoy an evening. It’s clean, modern, and quite well managed. Tamra is super easy to work with and was always incredibly understanding when life changes meant living arrangement changes. If I needed a place near Roanoke, I would easily consider this as first on my list.
I lived here for a year. One of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very well maintained and the residents are so nice. Kudos to Tamra!! She is a great community manager, very helpful and responsive. Sadly, I have to move out due to family matters. Would love to get back one day.
I lived here for 18 months and overall, it was a good experience. Tamra, the property manager, is amazing! She makes living here so much more enjoyable with her great attitude and willingness to help the tenants. The place is so close to all the things happening downtown on oak street and makes living in Roanoke fun! I only have one complaint that is a pretty big one. Covered parking.. I have lived here for 18 months and can say it is a really good apartment complex. The property manager, Tamra is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy, Russell is really quick and efficient if you submit a work ticket for something. Neither of them have ever been rude or hard to deal with. They also keep the property clean. Parking lot, hallways, pool area, common areas are always tidy. Location is really great too. You are walking distance to local festivals, bars, restaurants, live music etc.
